GLOBAL ETHICS & COMPLIANCE

The Global Ethics and Compliance team at Levi Strauss & Co. is responsible for managing our business ethics and compliance program and offers ongoing compliance-related counsel, guidance, resources, training and communication, with support from region-specific subject matter experts. Oversight is provided by our Board of Directors’ Audit Committee, our EVP & General Counsel, and our Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.

To ensure the continued improvement and effectiveness of our compliance program, we conduct periodic assessments, develop annual compliance plans, and report relevant compliance metrics to our Board’s Audit Committee.

KEY PROGRAM AREAS & RESOURCES

Worldwide Code of Business Conduct. Our code outlines the basic principles that we expect all employees and LS&Co. affiliates to follow. It reflects our commitment to manage our business with the utmost integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws, everywhere we do business. Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Compliance. Our global anti-bribery and anti-corruption program provides expectations, guidance, auditing and monitoring for compliance with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, rules and regulations, everywhere we do business. LS&Co. Levi Strauss & Co. is committed to doing business in an ethical, honest, and transparent manner. As a result, LS&Co. prohibits bribery and corruption in all forms and expects the same from its third parties. LS&Co.’s Ethics & Compliance Reportline. The Ethics & Compliance Reportline is managed by an independent third party and available for reporting concerns or questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reports may be submitted online or via phone at 1-800-405-8953 (toll free), and may be raised anonymously (where permitted by law). All reports are treated seriously, with confidentiality maintained to the furthest extent possible.
